Stacks Agents is a companion Android app for store owners and staff who already run a business on Stacks — a tool for managing your store, not a storefront for shoppers. It collects a narrower, different set of data than the Stacks Mobile App Builder platform described above, detailed here.
If you turn on biometric unlock (Face ID, fingerprint, or your device's equivalent), your login credentials are stored in your device's own secure hardware vault — the same system your phone uses to protect its lock screen. That vault is managed by your operating system, not by us: we never see, receive, or store your fingerprint or face data, and those saved credentials never leave your device.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work: Auth0 (sign-in), Supabase (storing and syncing your store's data), PostHog (your website analytics), and Google/Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
Your store's data is kept for as long as your Stacks account is active. Push notification tokens are removed as soon as you log out of the app. Biometric credentials are removed the moment you turn the feature off or uninstall the app, since they never leave your device to begin with.
Stacks Agents is a business tool for store owners and staff. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
To request deletion of your Stacks Agents account and its associated data, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete my account." Once we verify the request, we permanently delete your account record, chat history, and messages — this is immediate and permanent, with no additional retention period afterward. Because a Stacks Agents account is tied to a shared business account, deletion is handled by our support team rather than instantly in the app, so we can confirm the request comes from an authorized member of that business.
